The Texas PACE Authority, a third party administrator of the PACE program, released a video today that explains what PACE financing is, and how it can help facilities. The organization uses the PACE in a box model designed by over 130 volunteer stakeholders using best PACE practices “Tex-ified” to promote a marketplace in which property owners can select their own contractors and lenders.
