The Way Companies are associate members of Service Excellence Corps (SECorps) and as such our employees have the opportunity to train and develop their skills with companies all over the US and Canada. Way staff has recently returned from the annual Building on Strengths Seminar (BOSS), a multi-day event with different workshops with other top performers in sales, operations, administration, customer service and management from all of the SECorps Associates.
